Marie Biscuit Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 packet of Marie biscuits (broken not crushed)
- 175 grams butter
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 5 ml vanilla essence
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Mix the egg and the vanilla essence in a bowl
- On low heat, melt the butter in a pot
- Add the icing sugar and cocoa
- Turn off the heat
- Add the egg mixture
- Gently add the broken biscuits
- Pour into a greased dish
- Let cool and cut into pieces
